As an Account Manager with LHR Inc. I understand that it is my responsibility to perform my job duties in compliance with the following:

• The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• The State statutes and regulations which govern debt collection practices in:
• The State in which I perform my job duties for LHR Inc.
• The State in which the Consumer is located.
• LHR Inc.'s company policies and regulations governing debt collection practices.

Furthermore, I understand that it is only through an atmosphere of compliance with these laws, rules, and regulations that LHR Inc. can thrive as a leader in the Receivables Management Industry. It is with that knowledge that I readily accept and agree to comply with the following:

• I will comply with the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), State statutes and regulations governing debt collection practices.
• I will comply with LHR Inc.'s company policies and procedures governing debt collection practices.
• I will report any and all infractions(both known and suspected) of:
  • The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), State statutes and regulations governing debt collection practices.
  • LHR Inc.'s company policies and procedures governing debt collection practices.
  to the company's Compliance Officer for my branch.
• I will seek out clarification in situations where I am unsure regarding a debt collection practice.

I understand that my failure to comply with these responsibilities will result in disciplinary action, up to and including the termination of my employment with LHR Inc.
